Hayden has been working in emerging market fintech for most of his career, founding Rally Cap Ventures in 2020. He is also currently a venture partner at Lateral Capital.
Prior to Rally Cap, Hayden was a market strategy lead on Facebook's Novi project, head of strategic partnerships at Juvo, and helped Migo expand from Nigeria into Latin America.
Hayden graduated from Colorado College in 2007, majoring in Economic Development & Spanish, with a thesis on collectivized remittances in Mexico
Nik is an investor in, and advisor to, early-stage companies with broad domain experience, including in fintech, the life sciences, edtech, and CPG. Nik has served in leadership roles in operations, finance, and as general counsel at venture-backed companies including Spiral Therapeutics, Mythic Markets, and Long Bridge Medical.
In addition to Rally Cap Ventures, Nik is a Co-founder of Sydecar.io, invests in early-stage companies at 18.ventures, and serves on the Board of Directors of Maxine’s Heavenly. Nik previously practiced corporate transactional law at Cooley LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Nik was also a founding partner of Talis Partners LLP, a boutique law and corporate strategy firm.
Nik graduated from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business with a BS in Corporate Finance & Entrepreneurship (2007). Nik subsequently obtained his JD from the UCLA School of Law (2012).
